How to Access a Learner's Workbook


This help guide will explain how a Tutor can Preview / Access a Learners Workbook and download Offline / PDF versions.


1. Log Into your Tutor account on your platform.
If you have forgotten your password for your account, Click on Forgotten Password?


2. Visit your Oustanding Submissions


3. Find the learner you wish to Mark & View by using the filter options down the right side of the screen.


4. "Click" on the View button to view this Learners enrolment activities


5. Then you will see their Unit's List and Activities. Find the unit and content you wish to preview.


6. "Click" on the Setting's Cog Wheel []. and "Click" on Preview.

If you wish to open this in a New Tab for you to Mark & Access at the same time, "Right Click" the preview button, then "Click" Open Link in New Tab


7. This will then take you into the RISE content / Flipbook where you can see the content that the Learner See's



Downloading Offline / PDF Versions

RISE
  1. Click on the 'cog' icon and then preview. Then "Click" on Start Course if it is RISE content,

  1. Then Scroll down and you will see the Workbook Versions, "Click" on the Down arrow to download the wordbook you wish.


Flipbook
  1. Click on the 'cog' icon and then preview. Then "Click" on the Down Arrow on the toolbar on the bottom to open the PDF Viewer.

  1. When in the PDF Viewer "Click" the Save Icon in the top right to download this PDF.
