How to access a learner's workbook

This help guide will explain how to preview a learner's interactive learning content and download offline/PDF copies of their learning materials.

1. Log Into your Tutor account on your platform.

If you have forgotten your password for your account, Click on Forgotten Password?

2. Click Outstanding Submissions.

3. Find the learner whose workbook you wish to access by using the Filter Options (right-hand side of the screen).

4. Click View. This will open the learner's enrolment activities.

5. The activities page provides a breakdown of the learner's units and the activities within them: usually one module of learning content (labelled SCORM) and a set of assessment questions. Find the unit and activity you wish to preview.

6. Click the Settings icon (the cogwheel), then click Preview.

If you wish to open this in a new tab, right click the Preview button, then click 'open Link in new tab'

7. You will then be shown the learner's interactive learning content.

1. When previewing interactive learning content, click Start Course.

2. Scroll down to the workbook version heading. Click the workbook you wish to download.

All PDF versions will be contained in the first unit. In the below example, both workbooks 1 and 2 are downloadable from the interactive learning content for unit 1.
