Explanation of account types/roles



This help guide will provide an overview of eAssessor Pro's account types and what each can do.
Role Name
Description
System Admin
All of the below permissions with some additional platform oversight. Can create accounts, access all pre-built reports and the Report Builder, and amend information for all users regardless of account type. Can View As any other user and also view (but not edit) the Moderation page.

Also has access to additional tabs inaccessible to standard Admins: Courses, Reference Data, Email Queue, Email Templates, Moderation Report Form, Custom Fields, Contracts.
Admin
Standard admin permissions. Can create accounts, manage user info, access and build reports, and allocate tutors/moderators to learners.
Quality Manager
Allows users to view and manage the Moderation page, including the ability to assign units for sampling to specific Moderators. Used to manage moderation work on the platform and select sampling on behalf of Moderators/IQAs.
Moderator
Can view the Moderation and Moderation Plan pages, select units for sampling, and provide feedback to tutors. Can view (but not edit) the information of any learners assigned to them.
Tutor
Can view (but not edit) information for any learners assigned to them for marking. Can view, mark and provide feedback on work submitted by their learners only.
