Setting Up a Custom From Address



This help guide will explain what is required in order to setup a custom from address on your eAssessor Pro platform, from yourselves & your IT/Technical Team.


Required First Steps

Before completing any steps in this Help Guide, you're IT/Technical Team are required to action the following;
The following IP Address is required to be added to your Organisations SPF Record, this is to allow emails to be sent from @yourdomain.com from eAssessor Pro, and to not be treated as Spam/Malicious:

Failing to complete the above step will result in platform emails possibly not being delivered to learners/users successfully!

Setup

1.  Log Into your  System Admin  Account.
If you have forgotten your account password, "Click" Forgotten Password?

















2. Navigate to: Admin > Organisation


3. Once here, 'Click' on the Email Tab.


4. You will then be at the platforms email settings ; at the top you will see the From Address. This is where you will put the email address you wish to have on the platform.
By default,  this will show as noreply@eassessorpro.co.uk . This is the default platform email address; you can always return the from address back to this if any faults occur with the custom email,  you've previously setup.


5. Once entered in an Email Address , you can scroll to the bottom and 'Click' the Save button.



Once saved, any new emails sent from the platform will come from the Email Address entered above.
