How to access learner password reset links



This help guide will explain how to access individual learners' password reset links. This is useful in cases where a password reset email has been generated but the learner is unable to access it. Following these steps will allow you to copy a learner's unique password reset link and send it to them manually.
1. Access the platform from the login page.

2. Go to the Learner Search page. This will show a list of all learner accounts on your platform.



3. Find the learner whose password you are resetting. This can be done using the Filter Options on the right-hand side of the page.



4. Click the name of the learner. This will take you to their Overview page.






5. Click Actions, then System Emails.




6. The System Emails tab will show all automated emails that have been sent to that learner, including any password reset emails. Click the name of the most recent password reset email.



1.       7. This will show the email that was sent to the learner, including their unique password reset link. You are able to copy the link and send it to the learner manually in order for them to access their account.




Password reset links are unique to individual learners. Ensure when sending any password reset links that they are for the correct learner. Password reset links will automatically expire after two days.
