How to Add a course for a Demo Client



This guide will explain how to add a course to a Demo Client.

1. Log Into your System Admin / Admin account.
If you have forgotten your account password, "Click" Forgotten Password?



2. Go to "Admin".



3. From the Admin menu select Clients.



4. "Click" on the Clients option.



5. From the Actions panel enter the name of the Client you are searching for.
NB: Ensure that you place an asterix at the beginning and the end of the Client’s name that you are searching for.



6. Next "click" on the  button to find your client.

7. Client search details.



8. To add a course to the client click on the link.

9. Once the link has been clicked, the Edit Client page will be displayed. 



10. From the Edit Client page select the Courses tab.



11. After the courses tab has been selected a list of all the courses that the client currently has are displayed.



11. 12. To Add a new course for the client “click” on the Add Courses button.


 13. To select a course or courses that the client requires can be done in a couple of different ways.
  1. Entering a single Course name in the search bar 
Or
  1. You can multi-select courses by searching for the courses and ticking them as you require.
14. Once the course or courses have been selected scroll down to the bottom of the Select Courses page and “click” on the Add button.

1.    15. After the Add button has been clicked, you will be returned to the client’s course list, this will display the new course or courses in the client list.



16. Once you are happy with which courses added, "click" on the Home link, this will return you back to the main Home page.
