How to update (archive/reactivate) learners





This guide will cover how to archive and reactivate learner accounts as an admin in CareersPro.

1. Log into CareersPro using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password button on the login page to reset it.




2. Scroll down on the main dashboard to User results. This will list all learners currently on your CareersPro platform.




3. To archive a learner, click the Archive button to the right of their information.
Archived learners are unable to login and their archived status is indicated when exporting all learner details.




4. To restore a learner after archiving them, click the Archived tab, then use the Restore button to the right of the learner’s information. This will immediately return them to being active.
