1. Access the platform from the login page, using your email address and password.
2. Once logged in Select ‘Learner Search’.
3. From the list of learners shown, select the
learner you require by clicking on their name.
4. Once you have clicked on the learner’s name, you
will be shown an overview of the learner’s details. Under the course label
select the ‘Edit’ button next to the course name.
5. Once selected, you will be shown the View
Learner page. From the Paused label select whether the learner is to be paused
or not. By default, the paused option is set to ‘No’.
6. If you require the learner to be paused then from
the drop-down box select the ‘Yes’ option, then scroll down to the
bottom of the page and click on the ‘Save’ button, once done this will
place the learner on pause.
7. If you need to un-pause a learner then do all
the steps above, except on step 5 change the paused option back to ‘No’.
Then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Save’.
Once saved, you will notice that the paused indicator
is no longer visible.
