How to download individual learners' career reports
This guide will cover how to download a learner's careers quiz report as an admin in CareersPro. This will allow you to view the report generated for the learner when they completed the careers quiz, with a detailed explanation of their personal qualities and preferred careers.
1. Log into CareersPro using your email
address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot
password button on the login page to reset it.
2. Scroll down on the main dashboard to User results. This will list all learners currently on your CareersPro platform.
3. Any learners that have completed the quiz will have the Report button visible under the Status column. Click the Report button to download their careers report as a PDF.
This will show the qualities and careers the learner was recommended upon completing the quiz.
4. You are then able to open and view their report, or send it to them via email.
