L@C Assessment Unlocks By Admin

This help guide will explain unlock a Learners L@C Assessment after the learner is locked out for too many Failed Attempts.

Fields with a Red Asterisk indicate that the field is Mandatory and you are required to answer it. *

1. Log Into your Admin account on your platform.

If you have forgotten your password for your Admin account, Click on Forgotten Password?

If your college uses SSO [Single-Sign-On] - You will be prompted to log-in via your Azure account.

2. Navigate to "Course Search" on your Sidebar.

3. Find the Learner you wish to unlock, then "Click" on their Name

You can do this by using the Filter Options on the right side of the screen to Narrow down your search result.

4. Then you want to "Click" the Activities button at the top.

5. You then want to find the Assessment that needs unlocking.

This will be the Assessment that has the max number of attempts attempted.

6. You then want to "Click" the little Settings Wheel Cog, and "Click" Unlock.

This will then unlock the Assessment for the Learner, giving them more attempts.
