How to Mass Action Learner Account's



This guide will explain how to use Mass Actions on Learner Accounts.

1. Log Into your Admin / System Admin Account.
If you have forgotten your account password, "Click" Forgotten Password?



2. Go to "Course Search"


3. From here use your filter options to navigate to the learners you wish to update. If you are wanting to update the max learners at a time, Set the "Show" to 500. and "Click" Search again.


4. Then select which learners you wish to update, if you wish to update all on the current page. "Click" the Overall box in the Top Left Headings.


5. From here a new action drop-down will appear on the right side of the screen, "Click" this and select the Mass Action you wish to run for the selected learners.
Options Include
Set User Status
Set Tutor
Unset Tutor
Set Withdrawn
Set Moderator
Unset Moderator
Add to group
Remove From Group
Send Message (If Applicable)
Set Pause
Unset Pause



6. Once Selected, "Click" the Apply button.



This will then run the mass action on the selected accounts, and notify you via the top right how many learners were updated.

NOTE: If you need to update more than 500 learners at a time, you will need to Filter by 500 learners, and then run this action on each page if over 500 learners exist.
