How to use Multi-Factor Authentication







This help guide will explain how to use Multi-Factor Authentication on eAssessor Pro when Logging into your accounts.

Saving Passwords In Your Browser
If you save your password in your browser & auto-fill your password, you will still be asked to input a Security Code once every 30 days on the same device.

  1. Log into the platform using your account Email and Password.
Idea
If you have forgotten your password you can click the Forgotten Password button above the login button.


  1. You will then be prompted to enter your Authentication Code which will be sent to your email address.
Info
Your Authentication code will be sent to your email address, If you do not receive the code within 5 minutes please try again or check your junk folder.

  1. Enter the Authentication Code from the email, then click the 'Enter Code' Button

If the correct security code is entered, you will be automatically logged into your account.


FAQ
How Often Will I Be Asked For A 2FA Code?
You will only be asked for a Security Code once every 30 Days on the same device. If you log into your account on a different device, you will be prompted for a security code again.
I'm Not Receiving My 2FA Code?
If you are not receiving your code into your email inbox, We recommend checking any junk folders or spam filters to ensure the email isn't being treated as spam. If you still don't receive this please contact your training provider.
How Long Do I Have To Input The 2FA Code?
You will have 15 Minutes to enter your 2FA Code before you will be timed out and forced to restart the login process again.
I Have Received A 2FA Code, But I Didn't Request This?
If you receive a 2FA Code but did not request this, we recommend ensuring your account is protected by either changing your password, or contacting your training provider.
