This guide will explain how to upload a paper-based submission to a learners assessment.
This action can be done by either an Administrator (by viewing as the marking tutor allocated to the learner - Admin>Users>view as for selected tutor)
or the Tutor marking for the learner,
PLEASE NOTE
- Once a file is uploaded, this can be reversed from the marking page. If a paper submission is removed, this will also DELETE any marking and feedback already done for that submission.
- If a learner has done any written work, this will be ERASED when a file is uploaded.
- You CANNOT use this feature to upload work for one question. once submitted at least 1 file this will submit the assessment for marking.
1. Find the required learner on the Learner Search tab, then "Click" on their name.
2. Once clicked, you will be taken to their account overview page, from here "Click" the Activities button.
3. Once on their activities page, Find the assessment you wish to upload the paper submission to, and "Click" the Cog Wheel.
4. Once clicked, you will see the "Upload submission" button, click this to begin your upload.
5. Once clicked, you will be taken here, from here click the "Choose File" button to choose the file you wish to upload, then press the Green "Upload" button. Once uploaded "Click" the Submit button to submit this file and mark the Assessment as completed.
To upload more than one file, click the "Add submitted file" button
