This help guide will explain how admins can create single-use enrolment links for specific courses. These links can be sent to learners and only used once to gain access to a specific course only.
1. To get started, log into your Admin/System Admin account on your platform.
If you have forgotten your password for your account, Click on Forgotten Password?
2. From your Home page, 'click' Admin in the left-hand sidebar. From there, 'click' Simple Enrolment Tokens.
3. On the right-hand side of the Simple Enrolment Tokens page, 'click' Add new.
4. Provide a label for the created tokens, select the course you wish to create the single-access links for, then enter the number of links to generate. Once all information is entered, 'click' Add.
5. Existing simple enrolment tokens can be found using the Filter Options, or exported to Excel using the Export button.
6. When learners access the link they will be taken to the Simple Enrolment Form and notified at the bottom of the page which course they will be enrolled on. When all details are completed and the learner clicks Submit, their account will be created.
