This help guide will explain how to edit your System Email From Address and Email Footers & Headers.
Visit your eAssessor Pro platform & log into your System Admin Account.
1. Log Into your System Admin Account.
If you have forgotten your account password, "Click" Forgotten Password?
2. Navigate to the "Admin" drop-down on the sidebar.
3. From here, "Click" on the Organisation tab.
4. From here "Click" on the Email tab
5. You will then be able to see the current System Email Address. If you are wanting to change this, Replace the current one with the New Email Address.
NOTE: If you are going to be using an external email address, you will need to configure your SPF Record to allow this Email Address to send emails from the System by adding the eAssessor Pro IP Address to your SPF Record.
