Email Headers, Footers & From Email



This help guide will explain how to edit your System Email From Address and Email Footers & Headers.

Visit your eAssessor Pro platform & log into your System Admin Account.


1. Log Into your System Admin Account.
If you have forgotten your account password, "Click" Forgotten Password?

2. Navigate to the "Admin" drop-down on the sidebar.

3. From here, "Click" on the Organisation tab.

4. From here "Click" on the Email tab

5. You will then be able to see the current System Email Address. If you are wanting to change this, Replace the current one with the New Email Address.
NOTE: If you are going to be using an external email address, you will need to configure your SPF Record to allow this Email Address to send emails from the System by adding the eAssessor Pro IP Address to your SPF Record.

Please send a ticket into the Help Desk and a Member of the E-Learning Services Team will assist you with this.


6. Below that, you will be able to see the Email Header & Email Footer text boxes. From here you will be able to add any email header or footer you wish to use, and this will affect to every email sent out by the System.

It may also be noted that for better visual look of your email Headers & Footers, HTML Code formatting is allowed in these boxes to allow for a better look.

Here is an example of some HTML Code that could be 
used. (Replacing the information with your organisations marked with in <!)
