CareersPro platform overview (Admin)





This guide will cover how to navigate CareersPro generally as an admin.

1. Log into CareersPro using your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot password button on the login page to reset it.

2. The home page will show the button allowing you to add new users. This will allow you to set learners up and invite them to the platform so they can complete the careers quiz or view information on their preferred career paths.

3. When learners access the platform they are asked to provide some information on their education and employment background before continuing to complete the careers quiz. They also have the option of skipping the quiz to view information on specific careers.

4. As learners complete the careers quiz you will be able to view their results and download their careers report in PDF format. You are also notified by email when learners complete the quiz.

5. You are also able to export account and quiz completion info for all learners, as well as archive any accounts that you no longer need learners to access.

6. The button in the top-left corner will open the menu. From here, you are able to manage and create other admin accounts on your platform.
